What we collect for the email list: the email address you give us when you join the list — nothing else, and only because you typed it in.

What we use it for: the thing you signed up for — launch notes, new sims, and the free checklist. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone.

How to leave: every email has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and say so — a human reads it.

Accounts: the question bank (/study) requires a free account, currently invite-gated. If you make one, we store your email address, an optional display name, and your study answer history (which questions you answered, what you picked, and whether it was correct) so the bank can track your own progress back to you. That data lives in Supabase, a US-hosted Postgres provider — we don't run our own database servers. It's used only to run the question bank and show you your own progress; we don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone. To close your account or delete this data, email hello@runuplab.com.

Analytics: we use aggregate page analytics (Vercel Analytics) to see which pages get used. It doesn't identify you.

Purchases: when the guide goes on sale, checkout runs on the payment provider's site under their privacy policy — we never see your card details.
