A track is a short list of glossary terms drawn from the terms that certificate’s own ACS uses, cut down by a CFI to the ones worth knowing cold. The selection is a judgement call and is recorded as one. The definitions are not: every card shows the FAA’s own wording, verbatim, straight out of the Pilot/Controller Glossary effective 7/9/26.
