How this is computed

The calibrated airspeed to fly so the airplane trues out at a target TAS for the altitude and OAT — the inverse of the planned-TAS relation. Reproduces the ASA CX-3 manual's Required CAS example: 150 kt TAS at 6,500 ft and +5 °C → 135.6 kt CAS.
