The opposite direction, ±180° kept in 001–360: a bearing TO the station is the reciprocal of the radial FROM it, and runway 9's far end is runway 27.

The opposite direction, ±180° kept in 001–360: a bearing TO the station is the reciprocal of the radial FROM it, and runway 9's far end is runway 27. Uses the same reciprocal helper as the crosswind sim core (computed geometry; scripts/test-crosswind-core.ts).
